Waka Waka

In 2016, a campaign was started to provide the local population with solar lamps.
This gives the inhabitants of Chawolo the opportunity to read and study in the evenings.
In addition, the presence of light improves safety. The 1st shipment of 100 pieces was delivered in December 2017. These have been distributed to the locals and staff for a small fee. The turnout was so large that only the people who had registered in advance received a lamp. It was agreed that at the 2nd shipment the remaining lamps and new lamps would be distributed. The 2nd shipment took place in 2018 and 130 solar lamps were distributed to the local population, again for a small fee.
We would like to set up a long-term project of light in due course, so that lighting is permanently present in every home.
