TIM AND WILMA OMALLA
The passion that drives Tim and Wilma is to make a difference for young under-priviliged people.
 Tim and Wilma met in 1995 in Uganda where they both worked as volunteers in an orphanage. In addition to falling in love with each other, they also fell in love with the kids and young adults in Uganda.
In 1999, Tim and Wilma got married and moved to the Netherlands where Wilma worked as a Social worker (MEE, formerly SPD) and Tim worked as a Data (Network) Analyst (AT&T) for 7 years. In October 2000 Eugene and Jaimie were born. Or, as Tim and Wilma say: “double the trouble, but twice the fun!”
Meanwhile the desire to help children in need did not lessen. Child’s Destiny of Hope was born when they decided to return to Africa. They returned to Uganda in July 2007.
 Tim and Wilma have extensive experience in welfare and relief work in Africa. Wilma’s experience is in social work, sponsorship coordination and counseling. She and Tim co-led the project they were involved with in Africa when they met.
Tim has extensive experience in the many roles that come with running a children’s home: including functioning as a guardian, being a driver, teaching and administration (Finance and Human Resources Management). Tim and Wilma are both children of missionaries.
“The Love of God is the same that sends us to Love the Hopeless and Helpless. Our contribution is just a small bit and we hope you will join us in being part of the body (where everyone plays his/her role just as God meant it)”.
