Do more research. The web offers countless resources on Afric, poverty, displaced people groups, refugees, orphans, the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Malaria, Uganda.
Read books. There are a number of really good books available that will further develop your understanding of Africa. Contact us for recommendations!
Watch movies. We particularly recommend “Blood Diamonds” and ‘Invisible Children.’
